Getting there
From Airport
Brussels International Airport is less than 50 minutes away from the Bijlokesite. Every half hour, there is a direct connection between Brussels Airport and the Gent St. Pieters railway station. From the station, it’s just a fifteen-minute walk to the Bijlokesite. There are also numerous trams that will transport you right to the door of the Bijlokesite.

Public Transport
The Bijlokesite is about a quarter of an hour’s walk from the Gent St. Pieters station. From the station, you can also take the tram to the Bijlokesite. There are also several tram and bus stops near De Bijloke. The easiest way to plan your route is to use the De Lijn route planner.
By Car
The Bijlokesite is located near the small city ring road of Ghent and is easily accessible by car. There is no car parking on the historic the Bijlokesite itself, but there is ample parking in the surrounding streets. There are also several car parks within walking distance. For a detailed route description, it is best to plot your own route using Google Maps.

The Bijlokesite and most of the rooms are accessible to wheelchair users or the disabled. Guide dogs for the blind are also allowed in our hall.
